Eligibility for the concessionary rate is at the discretion of the organisers. Examples of those eligible include students, early career post-docs and technicians. Also considered are those from low-middle income countries. Should you wish to be considered for the concessionary rate, please email webadmin@easdec.org stating as fully as possible your case for support.

Please do NOT register before doing so as any refunds for full payments made will incur an admiinistration cost and can take up to 5 working days to process.

Non-Paying Guest

A non-paying guest is someone evidently invited as such, or otherwise having been awarded free registration.

Should you believe you are a non-paying guest, please contact webadmin@easdc.org in the first instance. Please do not make any payment until you have clarified your position as any refunds for full payments made will incur an admiinistration cost and can take up to 5 working days to process.

Payment by cheque

Should you wish to pay by cheque, please complete all the fields required for the registration form, then tick 'Pay by alternative method'

Click continue, check the booking details and click 'continue' - you will NOT be asked to make a payment now. Instead, you will be provided with full detail regarding where to send your cheque.

Please note, as places are limited, your booking can only be confirmed on receipt of your cheque. As this can take some time you are strongly advised to still follow this route but then email webadmin@easdec.org, quoting your booking reference number, and we will provide you with a means of quickly making your payent online.

If you require an invoice

Invoices and confirmation of payment of all registrations are available on request. Please include your booking reference number in your correspondance..

Group bookings

Should you wish to register a group of delegates, all to be paid for in 1 payment, please contact webadmin@easdec.org. You may still be required to enter booking details for each delegate, but we will advise how best to proceed.

Please note Group bookings may take longer to register and places are limited. Places are not secured until the booking has been fully registered and payment has been received, so you are strongly advised to register and pay online for your individual delegates and arrange internal re-charging as necessary where possible.
