·         Abstract submission period: 8 December 2025 to 23 January 2026

·         Notification of abstract acceptance: Mid-February 2026

·         Registration opens : 9 a.m. GMT 4 March, 2026.

·         EAsDEC Annual meeting: 28-30 May 2026

·         Contributor's Acceptance: Please register for the conference before 31 March, to accept your participation as a contributor
