The Conference Venues

The Conference Venue will be at The National Football Stadium; Ullevål Stadion at Sognsveien 75 K, 0855 Oslo. This is fast and easily accessible from both the airport and city centre, proximally located to main means of transportation. On the first day, on May 28th, a mini-symposium and opening of the conference will take place here. Details will follow later.

The city of Oslo has offered EAsDEC the welcome reception to be held at Oslo City Hall on May 28th, at Rådhusplassen 1, 0160 Oslo This is also the location for the annual Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony, with the chosen laureate and distinguished audience. Hence, for security reasons, this special location will require a more or less synchronized admission, or at least a timely entry for larger groups like ours. Details will follow later.

This stepwise welcoming procedure for all wannabe EAsDEC attendees in Oslo 2026 will continue. If you have not made up your mind yet, we sincerely hope that you will consider participating. Further practical instructions will follow as abstract submission will open from around December 1st.
